Two blends anchor the espresso programme: the Paulista, a Brazil-only blend with almond, chocolate, and a lift of red berries; and the Mistura Fina, built from natural Yellow Bourbon and pulped natural Mundo Novo out of Sul de Minas, pulling toward maple syrup and hazelnut. Both are dialled in on espresso, there's no filter programme here, which is a deliberate choice rather than an oversight.
